Application Submission Requirements
Complete Application: Fill out all printed pages in detail. Return signed originals by mail or bring them to our office with your application fee.
Photo Identification: Enclose a clear photocopy of your Driver's License or Government ID (Social Security # required).
Income Verification: Provide your W-2 form from the previous year, along with at least two recent paycheck stubs. Every occupant over 18 years old must submit education/employment status and salary verification.
Special Accommodation Requests: If any occupant has specific accessibility requirements, please outline them so appropriate arrangements can be evaluated.
